When I first caught sight of Too Faced’s Natural Eye Neutral Eye Collection (which I’ll call the Natural Eye Palette from now on), I was intrigued. Bobbi Brown’s Ivy League collection is out on counters, just in time for back-to-school. There are three fall-friendly eyeshadow shades, each $20 and sold in a “one-pan palette.” (Bobbi’s eyeshadows and blushes are all on a system that allows you to construct your own 3- or 6-pan palettes.) As promised, today I have a few (but by no means all) of the recently discontinued Chantecaille eyeshadow shades to show you. I think these are still relevant because many of the shades are still available in single pots or pans online. Pots retail for $28; pans for $21. Pastis, Topaz, Copper, and Freesia are the shimmery shades. Cinnamon, Agate, Indigo, and Thyme are matte.
